Eligibility Criteria
For counseling:
State resident ready to quit within 30 days
For free medications:
-8 weeks available to: those persons who have no insurance or have Medicaid, and who are enrolled in counseling services. -4 weeks available to: insured persons who are enrolled in counseling services. -NRT is also available through select health plans who provide NRT through the Quit Line.
