For those without a quit date, Call 2: 30 days after assessment; Call 3: day after quit date or 30 days after call 2; Call 4: 5-7 days after call #3 if quit or caller must initiate future calls; Call 5: 5-7 days after call #4 if quit or caller must initiate if not quit.
