Eligibility Criteria
For counseling:
All callers are eligible for multiple-call program. Caller criteria includes: Age (adults, 18 and over, youth 17 and younger); Readiness to quit within 30 days; Insurance status (insured, uninsured or Medicaid); Special population (pregnant or youth)
For free medications:
Ready to quit withint 30 days; Must have no exclusions. Must have no insurance benefit for NRT.
