All callers eligible for 1-call; eligibility for multiple-call includes: Age (adults, 18 and over, youth 17 and younger); Readiness to quit within 30 days; Insurance status (uninsured or Medicaid); Special population (pregnant or youth)
For free medications:
Ready to quit withint 30 days; Must have no exclusions
